🛎️ Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:

We adhere to Airbnb's Strict Cancellation Policy to ensure fairness and protect our business:

  • Full Refund: Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

  • 50% Refund: If a guest cancels between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they are eligible for a 50% refund of the nightly rate.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

This policy helps us manage our bookings effectively and ensures that our accommodations are available to guests who are committed to their reservations.

2. Refund Requests:

Guests may request a refund through Airbnb's Resolution Center. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering the circumstances and our cancellation policy.

3. Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government-imposed travel restrictions, we will follow Airbnb's guidelines under the Major Disruptive Events Policy. Guests affected by such events may be eligible for a refund or booking credit, as determined by Airbnb.

4. Host-Initiated Cancellations:

If we, as hosts, must cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund, including service fees, in accordance with Airbnb's policies.

5. Communication:

We encourage guests to communicate any concerns or issues promptly. Open communication allows us to address problems effectively and ensure a pleasant experience for all parties involved.
